About our clinical services plan

Our clinical service plan includes:

• an overview of our community's health
• how our community has used our health services over time, and how we expect this to change
• the main health needs and issues
• how we'll meet those needs and solve those issues.

There are 6 main things we focus on in our clinical services plan:

1. promoting good health and preventing ill health
2. primary health care and giving the community greater choice
3. sustainable acute services
4. healthy ageing, and end of life care
5. developing our workforce
6. enabling our future health services – technology, information, infrastructure, and investment.
